Chemico Systems, Inc., has assisted several General Motors facilities in problem areas within their Paint shops and general assembly areas that are critical to the production of high quality, world-class product.

To address the many needs of assembly plants and other production facilities, Chemico Systems collaborates with several Original Equipment Manufacturers of Paint and other production materials to stay on the cutting edge of technological advancements.

Over the past several years, our efforts have afforded us the opportunity to develop Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Reduction Programs, Paint Shop Housekeeping and Maintenance Programs, Purge Solvent Recycling Programs and the associated training programs.

Our dirt team has worked with Paint facilities to identify dirt in Paint shops and develop solutions to control the problems.  The solutions could range from a new chemical to a mechanical or physical alternative.   Chemico Systems has always worked towards providing continuous improvements for all of our customers.
