PRODUCTION TOOLING EXPERIENCE

Chemico Systems, Inc. has differentiated itself from similar companies in our industry by continually working to adapt or add to the services we offer our customers according to their changing needs.  This is how we began cleaning production paint tooling.   In less than 6 years we have become the preferred tool cleaning vendor for 12 automotive assembly plants in Southeastern Michigan and 6 additional assembly plants in Indiana, Missouri, and Ohio.

Chemico Systems, Inc. has the equipment and personnel to process more than 45,000 parts per day.   Under the direction of our chief engineer and plant manager, both with more than twenty years experience, the Paint stripping facility operates three shifts daily Monday through Saturday.
